President and Owner
Weldon is a seasoned executive with deep experience in Fortune 500 and private equity-owned companies across the automotive, aerospace, and energy sectors. As President and Founder of Mentorstream, LLC, an equity-holding investment and consulting firm, he brings significant strategic insight to his leadership roles.

He has held key executive positions at Ford Motor Company, Applied Industrial Technologies, General Products Corporation, Precision Castparts Corp, and Consolidated Precision Products. His expertise includes general management, strategic planning, operational excellence, quality systems, M&A integration, sales, new product development, turnaround management, project management, and P&L accountability.
Weldon’s experience spans diverse industries, including manufacturing, transportation, logistics, warehousing, energy, mining, metals, and consumer goods.
Beyond his professional roles, Weldon is an active alumnus of Michigan State University, serving on the College of Communication Arts and Sciences’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board, the MSU CAS Alumni Advisory Board, and mentoring students. He also serves on the board of management for Paragon Metals LLC, an automotive supplier.
